Sarah - Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, SF

"I like shopping from local designers."

I really love her coat, so simply accented with black pants and black peep toes. The coat is from House of Hengst on Valencia Street.

A close look at those peep toes.

Don't the peep-toe shoes cause some dissonance with the bulky coat? Each is individually lovely (I'm not partial to the bathrobe style, but she's definitely working it); however... is it, or is it not, cold out?

I'm too practically minded for this kind of thing :)

I see what you mean and I'd agree in a normal climate scenario, but SF is a special case. If there is sun people where sandals, flip-flops, peep toes - otherwise an opportunity may not present itself.

It's basically shoe anarchy in SF. So, yes, it was cold enough to warrant a medium weight coat AND sunny enough for peep toes. That's just how we roll.
