Lovely green coatdress. I remember when I watched Chung King Express and it was a plot point that the character always wore sunglasses and a trench coat because "One doesn't know when it will be sunny or when it will rain." Bay Area denizens frequently wear sunglasses and heavy coats, so it's nice to see it done in a colorfully chic way.
