Dugan - Rose Bowl Flea Market, Pasadena

Dugan's style reminds me of the Beastie Boys and Run DMC, layered chains with a statement, hat, aviator sunnies (is that a thing in SoCal? We're still wearing wayfarers in SF) and attitude. If I lived in SoCal, I think Dugan would be the friend that I liked to run into around town.

He's a filmmaker, so he may have moved to LA... but last time I heard he was living in Oakland.
