Anais Pouliot - Levi's Chambray by Opening Ceremony [NYFW]

Campaign shot by Terry Richardson

Hello awesome colors that pop and jaw-dropping silhouettes! What are you doing over there? May I place you on my frame now and have a picnic in the park with my friends?

Launching during NYFW's A/W 2011 season, the third collaboration between Levi’s and Opening Ceremony will feature eight colorful and classic chambray pieces for both men and women. Items have a $175 – $300 price point and will be available at Levi’s stores, online at Levi.com, and also at Opening Ceremony stores, and online OpeningCeremony.com.

This is all to say, holy sh*t, I want that outfit.

P.S.
That acronym in the title [NYFW] means I'm heading to New York Fashion Week in exactly one week! And I know (on the whole) I have only self-produced content, but as a special feature I'll be previewing and highlighting some designers for NYFW. On the balance, that'll mean more content on fashionist. Yay for more content!

mai - i come to your site every day because i love that you post only original content. and you actually show decent SF style that no other site does. with amazing photo technique! (8 years of photo/film classes for me should amount to something. ha.)

please don't clog it up with these links - it will seriously weaken your cred. this stuff is repeated a million times on every other site so when it's seen here again it will turn me and the rest of your audience away. i work in the industry (for 15 years and based in ny) so i look at all the sites. yours is a gem - please keep it this way.

ps. anais' last name is spelled "pouliot"

Thanks Xindy V!

@Anon - I really appreciate your comments. I understand what you are saying, but as I ask for access to NYFW, I understand that I need to sometimes include non-street fashion content. This has happened only a few times over the last few years - (in the form of publicizing non-profit fashion shows). I don't believe this content will flood my site as the content will always be 99% original content.

I hope that you and other readers will understand that asking for access needs to include more flexibility on my part. I thought to write this out, since I hope to cover both a handful of shows AND street fashion during the upcoming A/W 2011 shows.

Please know that my photographs will always be #1 on my site.

Thanks.

mai - thanks for your response. i have noticed when you publicize the non-profit shows and i think it's generous of you to donate the time/space/support.

the slightest bit of terry richardson on this post (no matter how awesome anais is) dilutes your site.

re: show access - don't be bullied by ny pr. so not worth it. i'd understand if london or paris pr were giving you a hard time and you bent over backwards for them.
