Sarah - Market Street, SF

"My wrap dress is comfortable, but I fell in love with it because it's vintage. I kind of like the old with the new. I love color and I love the aesthetics of putting together an outfit."

I like that her outfit is awash with texture, pattern and color. By anchoring with two or three main colors (green, mauve, rust) her outfit looks unified, but not to the point of being too matchy. Notice the green tones in her jacket and of her purse.

See the rust colored leather of her shoes and purse accent/handle.

Hmmm. I like all the individual parts of this more than the sum. It's certainly true it's not too matchy. To my eye, the parts are too off, both in color and mood, to complement.

I love the contrast between the cool key lime bag and the vintage look of the skirt, and grey over jacket. The outfit comes together in perfect harmony.

I'd lose the jacket, but the rest is awesome, and how cool is her hair?
