"I like fur."

I've been recommending shawl necklines on men sweaters ever since May, so to see it worn with shearling is surprising and cool. I like clothing combos that are surprising. His jean wash is also not popular now (so to my eyes looks so cool), it probably means it'll be popular in about 6 months.


I really like his ankle boots, I think if you're a guy and you don't have a pair of lace-up ankle boots, you definitely need some. In an uncertain time, this is something I feel certain of.

Perhaps it is fitting that my 1000th post be the one where Lorraine, a fashionist favorite, is featured.

Here she continues to inspire us with her corduroy jacket, patterned Cheap Mondays jeans, patterned scarf tied jauntily around her neck and booties.

I like the pattern mixing of her dress, her scarf (worn as headscarf/shoulder scarf combo) and her tights. Everything kept just a little subtle by their muted earthy colors.

Luan has great accessories, the thick chain around his neck, the man bag, his shoes and glasses; everything well crafted and perfect foil for his spare outfit.

I like how it looks like they had a lot of fun getting dressed. From their accessories (her earrings, the pin on his hat) to their shoes, everything is a bit mussed and stamped with individuality.

Cute suede overall dress worn with a sweet cream-colored sweater. If Lisa looks familiar, it's because we last spotted her on Haight Street amidst a summer vest trend.

Umm, all white suit in the middle of the afternoon, pre-Memorial Day? I admire those who take risks. Also, Ashley's dress is very cute and worn with a belt, very much an aesthetic that I like.
