Gorgeous dress. Notice the quilting like quality on the bodice. Of all the frocks I saw at SxSW this is the one I coveted the most. Jill, who works as a graphic designer at Elle and was super nice, she it was purchased in Carroll Gardens in Brooklyn (so any readers that live that way...).


She wears cowboy boots to complete her look.
