Oryx - Third Street, SF

"I guess goth meets raver kid."

Androgyny in the goth vein is awesome. (Reminds me of high school and college friends - this one is for you, David.)

Roderick - Third Street, SF

roderick street style, san francisco, street fashion
"My style is random, so just every day life. I like textures and colors, and mixing and matching. I like things that are a little bit off, so I'm not about perfection. That's why my hair is kind of crazy. the texture if the shorts is where I started, I got them at Jeremy's department store, over here in SoMa. They're Urban Renewal, I throw a meggy in there and I'm dope, so..."

Great coordinated, but not matchy-matchy sweater and sweater bloomers.

Siobhra - Third Street, SF

"Generally 1950s glamor."

I like outfits that borrow from multiple eras, but don't live in the past. Siobhra does a great job of blending the look of the 1950s (red lipstick paired with animal print) and updating it with denim shorts, a slim fit leather jacket, short suede booties, and blown out hair.

Gorgeous leather bag.

Thor and Courtney - 3rd Street, SF

thorcourt
Thor: "Well, I'm really bored with my clothes right now. And I discovered that I used to have very good taste, so I went back in time and to clothes in the back of the closet. Well this is cool, I haven't worn this in awhile. I got this in Austin, South Congress - SxSW. It's got suede on the zipper, for easy exit. The shoes I got in Argentina, this cobbler, this Buenos Aires cobbler does recreations of 1960s era gym shoes. So these are actually real gym shoes, well they weren't worn in the 60s, but they were designed in the 60s. So that's my story."
Courtney: "Most of what I'm wearing is from a thrift store."

Work casual in red and berry tones with denim. It isn't surprising to see Thor Muller of Get Satisfaction and furniture designer Courtney Skott looking so bright, cheery any day of the week.

Thor's shoes are a remake of a vintage athletic style and Courtney's are vintage black sandal heels.

Conchetta - Third Street, SF

conchetta"I would just say the City, White House|Black Market 'cause that's where I work and a lot of different fashion magazines... And you know trying anything; music."

I'm always pro mid-day glamour. Seriously, look at the sequins on the bodice of her jumper. Also? That large handbag (small suitcase) is a beauty.

Jo - Third Street, SF

"Well probably the hat, well I'm a little embarrassed about it because it's real fur, but I got it at a thrift store so I figure, it's not as... And I really like it, I thought I had one like it when I was a little kid. I like to raid my Mom's old clothes, so I'm wearing this under lace shirt is her's and the vest is a hand-me-down from my Aunt and I just like to get stuff from their old closets and put it together."

I like her hat and how her yellow vest peeks out from her coat. I also like the gray and yellow color combo of the outfit underneath her coat.

Simple blue velvet Chinatown Mary Janes.
